Purchaser understands that goods and services provided by Core Documents, Inc. are non-refundable. Orders cancelled prior to sending/shipping are subject to cancellation fees applied to the cost of goods and services provided during the review, draft, and preparation of your order.
Plan document PDF orders placed by 3 PM are normally delivered to clients by email the same day (Monday through Friday) if all required information is available when ordered. Orders placed after 3 PM go out early the next business day. Weekend orders are sent out Monday morning. Deluxe binder options and USB drives are shipped by USPS Media Mail after the client has had time to review the PDF plan document for accuracy and approve the final copy. USPS Media Mail typically takes 2 to 8 business days for delivery.
